Someone had a good suggestion of having one PM event and one family event. I'm envisioning a Friday night mixer and Saturday picnic/BBQ. What do you think?

I had been thinking Oakhurst Park, but am very open to suggestion. Doing something at the high school would be a great opportunity for out-of-towners to see all the changes that have been made. We'll have to look into that. You mentioned Sky Ranch also. I thought that worked well for our Fri. night event last time, so that's what I had in mind this time too. I glad you know someone there. Anyone else have any thoughts?

I like the idea of the Yosemite swimming pool for the "family" time BBQ. I know that I haven't seen it. Plus it would give the kids something to do. :)

I am trying to confirm a date with Skyranch for July. Right now they only have a Friday, July 10 available, but after January 23, he might have Saturday, July 18 open (I won't go into detail). So, nothing is concrete, but I wanted to let you know that I hope to have a date for you by the last week in January so you can plan accordingly. If anyone has any suggestions for another location, I'm all ears!
